Ashtabula County Senior
Services Levy
The Ashtabula County Senior Services Levy is a five-year, one-mill property tax levy that generates approximately $1.8 million per year. The levy provides funding for programs that enhance the well-being of Ashtabula County seniors. These programs are available in every township of the county and help residents age 60 and over maintain their health and remain in their own home. Spending of Senior Levy funds IS determined by surveys, studies, Senior Levy Advisory Board member recommendations, and the needs of Ashtabula County Seniors.

Since its inception in 2000, the Senior Services Levy has offered more than a decade of services and programs throughout Ashtabula County in meeting the basic needs of seniors. Every township in our county has seniors who have benefited from one or more Levy funded programs.
